CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Community Living, Inc. in Frederick, MD is seeking applicants for the position of CEO. Community Living, a not-for profit provides a wide range of residential, individual and family supports to people with developmental disabilities. It currently serves over 100 individuals with a staff of over 100. Requirements: A working knowledge in the field of developmental disabilities and nonprofits, with a BS/BA; at least 5 years progressively responsible senior management experience.

Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation and team-building skills; proven ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships with diverse groups/individuals. Ability to negotiate effectively, frame complex issues and make difficult decisions. Competent computer skills a must. Politically astute and fundraising skills are a strong plus.

Compensation:
Salary commensurate with skills and experience plus competitive benefits package.
