Community Living employs around 150 people, eighty-five percent of whom provide support for our residents. Many of our employees have a strong background in human services work and full-time, part-time, and weekend employment opportunities are available (see Employment Opportunities for more information). Experience is not needed, and we train you on the skills that you will need to be successful in the positions that we offer.

Because of the nature of direct care work, and because we are dealing with people, and not industry or government, staff schedules are extremely flexible.
